A tracking number or ID is a unique combination of numbers and letters that identifies your shipment for national or international tracking purposes.
Usually, the shipper or online store provides this tracking number. If you ordered a product online, check your confirmation email or shipping notification—they often contain the tracking number. If you don’t see it, please contact your shipper or the online store directly.
Tracking updates typically become available 24 to 48 hours after the shipment is received at our facility. Once your shipment reaches us, you should see the first tracking event in the system.
Please ensure you have entered the tracking number correctly, including the right format and all characters. The tracking number usually has a minimum length of 5 characters. Avoid including spaces, tabs, commas, or semicolons unless entering multiple tracking numbers as separate entries.
If your tracking number still doesn’t work, contact your shipper or the online store for assistance.
If you don’t have a tracking number, we recommend reaching out to your shipper. In some cases, other shipping reference numbers might work with specific carrier tracking systems (such as DHL Express or DHL Freight). However, the best way to track your shipment is usually through the official tracking number.
